Positive Community Conduct
NoticeContribute constructively, treat others respectfully and avoid behaviour intended to create hostility, drama or disruption.
Pixel ParadisePixel Paradise maintains these rules to ensure our community remains safe, fair and enjoyable for everyone. All players are expected to review them regularly and make sure they fully understand and follow them.
Community membership depends on respect, constructive communication and responsible behaviour across the city, Discord and connected platforms.
Contribute constructively, treat others respectfully and avoid behaviour intended to create hostility, drama or disruption.
Players must be able to understand and communicate in English so scenes and staff interactions remain clear and accessible.
A clear working microphone is required unless staff have approved an accessibility alternative. Voice changers must remain understandable, consistent and suitable for the character.
Discrimination, hate speech or derogatory treatment based on protected characteristics is prohibited and may result in immediate permanent removal.
Erotic roleplay, sexual emotes, sexual harassment, assault scenarios and other sexual content are forbidden, regardless of claimed consent.
Sharing another member's personal details, private photographs or identifying information without permission is prohibited.
Information supplied to staff in tickets, reports or investigations must be honest. Deliberately misleading staff may result in sanctions.
Support tickets must remain calm and factual. Abuse, retaliation reports and hostility toward players or staff will not be accepted.
Evidence submitted in a report may also be used to address rule violations committed by the reporting player or their group.
Staff assess evidence and context using their best judgement. Their decision concludes the immediate matter unless an approved appeal route is available.
Pixel Paradise expects serious, believable roleplay that protects immersion and gives every participant a fair opportunity to contribute.
Stay in character while connected. Out-of-character discussion belongs in approved channels and must not be introduced into an active scene.
Do not use commands, menus or game limitations as a substitute for roleplay. Actions must make sense within the world and your character's circumstances.
Forcing outcomes, performing implausible actions or using mechanics to gain an advantage another player cannot reasonably counter is prohibited.
Information learned through streams, Discord, external voice channels or another character cannot be used in character. Only evidence created through valid in-city roleplay may be relied upon.
A concealed character cannot be identified solely from their voice, accent or speech pattern. Identification requires valid visual or in-character evidence.
Your character must respond realistically to credible danger. When directly threatened by an armed person, compliance is required unless a believable and immediate escape already exists.
Driving away under firearm threat is only reasonable when the engine was already running, a driver was ready and the vehicle was not trapped. Stalling or repeatedly returning to bait violence is prohibited.
A Stage One character is seriously injured but conscious. They may speak and remember events, but must roleplay their injuries appropriately.
A fully bled-out character is unconscious or dead, cannot communicate and forgets the 30 minutes before death. They must not return to or rejoin the scene.
Ordinarily, an attacker must choose to take property while leaving the victim alive, or kill without looting them. Combining both requires a substantial ongoing storyline.
Leaving during an active scene or within ten minutes of it ending to avoid consequences is prohibited. Genuine crashes must be reported and the player should return promptly.
Do not remain AFK for extended periods, leave during a scene or use an on-duty role simply to collect wages.
These rules govern fair interaction, evidence, characters and the handling of disputes.
Use reasonable judgement when a situation is not explicitly covered. If uncertain, ask staff before acting rather than relying on a technical loophole.
Players must run usable clipping software while in the city. Reports require a clear account and a contextual clip with game and voice audio; around two minutes of footage is recommended.
Attacking or killing another player requires valid roleplay motive, escalation and opportunity for the other party to respond.
Vehicles must not be used to intentionally injure, kill or repeatedly ram players without a legitimate and proportionate roleplay reason.
Your characters are separate people. They cannot exchange knowledge, money or assets directly or through another player.
A character in a gang must not provide information or advantages to another character in a whitelisted legal role. Multiple characters may not be placed in competing gangs.
Player-to-player scams are not permitted. High-value or rare purchases should be verified through appropriate in-character and staff-supported processes.
Suicide and terrorism roleplay are prohibited. Torture scenarios must remain reasonable and require clear prior consent from everyone involved.
Do not break character to debate a rule or staff issue during a scene. Complete the interaction in good faith and raise the matter afterwards through a ticket.
Different parts of the city carry different expectations. Entering a marked zone means accepting its published risk level.
Crime is not permitted in hospitals or civilian job areas unless it forms part of a legitimate established storyline. Green Zones must not be used as artificial sanctuary from an active scene.
Drug and weapon locations are high-risk areas. Crime is possible, but players must create genuine interaction rather than entering, attacking and immediately leaving.
Designated KOS areas do not require normal initiation. Events inside them remain separate and must not be carried into ordinary city storylines.
Whitelisted jobs and businesses carry additional trust. Equipment, authority and access must only be used for their intended roleplay purpose.
Do not manufacture petty incidents solely to attract police or medical attention and force a chase or confrontation.
Where medical services are available, players must engage with them appropriately instead of bypassing treatment to avoid roleplay.
Provide your server identification when staff require it. A detained character must provide the information reasonably available to police through normal processing.
Concerns about official conduct should be handled through supervisors, formal complaints or legal processes rather than out-of-character arguments.
Emergency-service uniforms, marked vehicles and protected equipment cannot be impersonated, stolen or used without permission.
Medical and specialist equipment may only be used by authorised trained roles and must be returned when the player leaves that position.
Property placed into police evidence cannot be recovered or removed without the appropriate judicial authority.
Corruption in police, medical, judicial or other trusted roles is prohibited unless a specific storyline has received written staff approval.
Police- or medical-branded items and vehicles cannot be looted. Non-branded personal property may be taken where roleplay permits, and removing a police body camera is allowed.
Taking an officer or medical worker hostage requires an established backstory and cannot be used for an ordinary store robbery. Using an officer to raid a player home requires prior management approval.
Public-service and legal roles must prioritise fair procedure, proportionate action and high-quality roleplay.
Officers must create a fair arrest scene and may not use restraints instantly to bypass interaction or secure an effortless outcome.
Officers must not pause active scenes to check rules or use prohibited administrative jail commands. Questions should be resolved after the scene.
Information learned on a criminal character cannot be used by a police character, and vice versa.
Tasers, firearms and physical force must be justified and proportionate. They cannot be used simply to shorten roleplay or guarantee an arrest.
Police vehicle contact requires proper justification and procedure. Unauthorised or excessive ramming may be treated as VDM.
A police breach requires appropriate cause, clear communication and approval from the relevant command or firearms lead.
Police may conduct evidence-led surveillance but cannot camp illicit locations merely to generate easy stops or arrests.
Special pursuit tactics such as spike strips, TPAC or PIT manoeuvres must follow department procedure and any tracker-related restrictions.
A detained person may plead guilty or not guilty. A not-guilty plea allows legal representation and the applicable review process.
Legal representatives and police must submit requests and evidence within published deadlines. Judges may permit exceptions only where justified.
Judges must remain impartial, avoid corruption and provide reasoned decisions. A judge with a conflict must not control the case.
Court participants must follow procedure, present evidence lawfully and respect the judge's authority. Game bugs or mechanics cannot be used as legal argument.
A not-guilty suspect may request legal representation. A solicitor accepting the case must submit the request within 24 hours; sentencing and fines follow the published guilty, rejected-case or accepted-case procedure.
When a case is accepted, the judge sets a hearing within seven days. Police evidence is due within four days and the defence then has three days to prepare. Missed evidence deadlines may decide the matter in the claimant's favour.
Civil parties should seek representation and attempt any settlement through roleplay. An agreed settlement must be paid as recorded; otherwise the claim proceeds to judicial review and trial.
Judges are the final in-city authority, must remain impartial and cannot engage in corruption. Verdicts require a written rationale and may form precedent for later cases.
Witnesses may give sworn evidence and can withdraw it. Proven dishonesty under oath carries serious consequences. Evidence obtained unlawfully may be excluded, especially in criminal proceedings.
Legal representatives must follow Ministry procedures and published fees. Contracts require genuine agreement and lawful terms; forgery roleplay is not permitted, and signatures must be completed through valid roleplay.
Criminal roleplay must be planned, proportionate and built around interaction rather than mechanical gain.
Crime is prohibited during the thirty minutes before and after a scheduled restart. After an unexpected restart, participants should return and continue the scene.
Teleport markers, apartments, locked interiors and similar mechanics cannot be used to escape an active pursuit or scene unfairly.
Vehicles, items and clothing cannot be hidden, stored or changed during an active scene. After a pursuit or crime, observe the required cooldown before doing so.
Allow other players enough time to load into an interior before initiating force or continuing a breach.
Do not wait around drug locations, job sites, laundering areas, hospitals or police stations simply to ambush and rob players.
Friends, gang members and accomplices cannot pose as hostages. Hostages must be genuine and managed realistically.
Ransom exchanges must be direct and cannot exceed £20,000 in value. Hostages must remain at the robbery scene, and friends or relatives of a hostage cannot intervene until it has concluded.
A heist may use up to two decamp vehicles and one additional pre-arranged vehicle with a waiting driver. Aircraft cannot directly extract robbers, and a water escape requires a boat positioned in advance.
The participants and hostages must be established when the robbery begins. Extra people or hostages cannot be added afterwards.
Robbers may make no more than two demands, must wait 45 minutes between property robberies and must allow police ten minutes to respond before leaving when no officers arrive.
Low-tier robberies allow up to six criminals and high-tier robberies allow up to eight. A single criminal vehicle may normally be pursued by no more than four police cars unless a panic response justifies additional units.
A heist breach requires a genuine hostage and every item needed to complete the robbery. The limit is six criminals for low-tier and eight for high-tier scenes, and a high-tier breach is only permitted with four or fewer officers present.
Gang roleplay should create sustained stories, identifiable groups and fair conflict rather than overwhelming other players.
A player needs at least 48 hours of city playtime before joining a gang. Substitute recruitment, war-only members and other attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
Leaving a gang starts a seven-day cooldown before joining another gang or whitelisted role. The former gang has seven days to complete a properly roleplayed blood-out; surviving that period allows the former member to retain their memories.
A former member must be positively identified before retaliation. Memory consequences only apply when the blood-out is completed fairly within the allowed period.
Members taking part in gang activity must wear the required number of recognisable gang clothing items and be listed as active members.
A gang may have up to 15 full members in addition to its owner or boss and may use no more than three gang vehicles in a war scene. Associates cannot participate as hidden extra fighters or wear branded gang clothing.
Gangs must not bully, overpower or repeatedly target civilians who are not meaningfully involved in gang conflict.
Sprays must be placed in realistic accessible locations, not inside protected businesses, private housing or impossible positions.
Gangs cannot combine forces to overwhelm another gang in fights or KOS wars. Joint business roleplay requires a credible non-combat storyline.
An active gang fight allows up to eight listed members, all wearing at least three gang clothing items. KOS can be called only once every seven days, cannot target civilians, businesses or emergency services, and opposing gangs must match numbers.
Turf and lab contests require prior initiation and agreed conditions and may run only from 18:00 to 23:59. Territory must connect logically to a gang's compound. The same two gangs have a seven-day rematch cooldown, while a contested turf has a 48-hour cooldown for all gangs.
A former member may attempt to rob a gang stash only when at least five gang members are in the city and only between 18:00 and midnight.
Lab raids require meaningful interaction and conversation. Rob-kill-leave behaviour and simple money-or-death demands do not meet the required roleplay standard.
Vehicles and weapons support roleplay; they must never replace believable decision-making or become tools for mechanical advantage.
Drive in a believable manner. Large stunt jumps, steep mountain climbing and continuing after severe crashes without roleplaying damage are prohibited.
Only a person seated in the rear may carry another player. Drivers and front passengers cannot carry someone while occupying those seats.
Aircraft must be flown cautiously and may not land in prohibited public areas or be used as an immediate heist escape.
Motorcycles must follow realistic terrain and passenger restrictions and cannot be used for prohibited heist activity.
A vehicle with serious damage or more than two tyres reduced to rims must no longer be driven normally.
City firearm use is limited to pistols and shotguns. A gang may field only one shotgun per scene, and only during an approved KOS war, Bobcat robbery or police-department raid.
Shotguns cannot be sold or given to civilians. A pistol sale to a civilian requires substantial roleplay and cannot be used to bypass weapon-access controls.
Reckless shooting, shoot-baiting, low-quality firearm scenes and using weapons as the default answer are prohibited. Roleplay must remain the priority.
Animal characters require prior approval, a suitable handler and realistic limitations appropriate to the chosen animal.
Animal-PED applicants must normally be active residents for four weeks, maintain a clean record for three weeks and demonstrate strong roleplay. Each breed is treated as unique and requires staff confirmation.
An animal character must have an active human handler and cannot roam the city independently.
Use a realistic breed and behave as that animal would. Animals cannot speak, use phones, radios or panic buttons, or carry unrealistic items.
Animals act on handler commands and may attack only when directed within valid roleplay or in genuine self-defence.
Animals may carry only basic realistic supplies, cannot heal themselves or others and require a handler to roleplay treatment during scenes.
Animal characters cannot pick up, carry or escort another player or PED.
Only realistic dogs and horses may serve police, with no more than three active at once. Each needs a handler, approved commands and duty equipment; searches require a valid reason and a handler instruction.
No more than two medical-service animals may be active. They cannot treat people or attack except in genuine self-defence and must remain under handler control.
A gang may have one approved animal, created as a separate character and controlled by a gang handler. It must obey scene, conflict and return commands and cannot attack indiscriminately.
Animal characters have a two-strike limit. A second strike may permanently remove the player's permission to use an animal PED.
Fair play is non-negotiable. Technical abuse or unauthorised software damages the entire community.
Cheats, injected software, unfair visual modifications, plugins, scripts and other tools that alter gameplay or provide an advantage are prohibited.
Knowingly exploiting bugs, clipping through secured areas, emote dodging, duplicating assets or abusing furniture and map faults is prohibited. Bugs must be reported.
Attempts to crash, overload, disrupt or attack server services, staff systems or player connections result in permanent removal.
Helping another player conceal an exploit, keeping duplicated assets or withholding a serious vulnerability from staff may be punished as participation.
