Everyone starts in Response. You learn the radio, the streets and how a scene is supposed to feel before you specialise. Roads, CID, firearms and command are earned through performance, not claimed on day one.

Procedure matters here. Cautions, evidence, case files and proportionate force are part of the roleplay, not optional flavour. Officers are accountable to Silver and Gold Command on large jobs — heists, pursuits and armed deployments run to a plan, not whoever shouts first on the radio.

If you want structured British police RP, this is the seat. New officers are welcome. Come in ready to create fair scenes, follow the book, and give the rest of the city something worth playing against.
